How might we use GenAI to create more personalized recommendations to people affected by crises?

Today, our crisis response products serve hundreds of millions of people on Facebook affected by crises with Safety Check, the Crisis Page, Community Updates, and Community Help features.

We can expand the value our products bring to people by having AI make more specific recommendations on how people can stay safe during crises and directly integrate into our Crisis Page. We also can expand this more personalized crisis response to Instagram – reaching populations not active on Facebook.
